Avoid this company if you value your money
Avoid this company. Don't even consider it. If you use it, get messed around, and are given many excuses for why any problem is your fault and not theirs, remember this review. The service worked for me about 2% of the time when I needed an SMS verification message. They highlight this as one of the advantages of their so-called "company". I am under a lot of stress and trying to get back to my ill father thousands of miles away. I have a million things on my mind. I forgot to cancel my subscription and contacted them the same day, asking to refund it. Surprise ,surprise, it is all my fault - no refund will be given because it is my fault. This is a sham of a company. Do you know when you can just tell? Unfortunately, I needed it one day in an emergency, for that one day. However, I ended up paying for 2 months of a useless service Edit: I didn't sign up for 2 months. I tried to cancel before the end of the first month as your service is horrible. But unlike Audible and other decent companies (that even give you a FREE trial and let you cancel way in advance, yet keep your trial until the end), you cut me off the second I cancelled and I had paid!!!!! Last week you had less than 3 stars on Google. This week, less than 2. I am struggling financially here to get back to see my dad in the UK. But if you NEED to keep my money over a technicality (and thus demonstrate a lack of humanity), then what can I do? Just warn others
