Absolute Must for a remote business.
The setup is very easy. I started calling people within 10min. from the moment i pressed Sign-up. The Customer service was exceptional. You have the option to talk to AI or an agent. Both options options are completely viable but depends on the question or problem you have. The basic plan offers very little difference from the higher tier plans, and all of the features in KrispCall are so useful and easy to use. The only small Issue I have, is that when receiving a call, there is no immediate access to accept or decline a call. I use KrispCall for business, and would recommend it to anyone planning on working remote cold-calling jobs.
Krispcall is helpful and easy to use
They called me once I was set up to make sure everything's good, and they help my toll-free number get verified as soon as possible. They are a very helpful company and it's very easy and simple to use and add different members to your team. It's a great easy way to get a number and to call people outside of your country for your business. It's a very good platform to use. The chatbot inside my workspace is also very helpful. If I was having trouble with anything, I can ask the chatbot inside my workspace and it helps out.

Very easy and quick to setup! I had explore so many other options but I like KrispCall the best! I have to make phone calls from India to the USA and I am able to do that so well now!

We run a recruitment and HR consulting…
We run a recruitment and HR consulting firm out of Mumbai and needed a US local number our team could work from without juggling personal phones. Compared a few options before settling on KrispCall Essential with three seats. Setup was quick, call quality on India–US calls has been consistent, and having the shared number and call history in one place has made follow-ups with candidates and clients much cleaner. Support was responsive when we worked through US messaging registration, which is the fiddly part for an India-registered business. Good fit if you're a small team operating across time zones and don't want enterprise-level pricing or complexity.

Listen in without interrepting the conversation
The ability to quietly listen in when our agents are dealing with a difficult customer call has been genuinely useful. I could monitor the conversation from the dashboard without jumping into the call or letting the customer know i was listening. It came in handy during live support calls because I could see how the agent handled the situation and step in only when necessary.
