Do not buy from this company!! It takes weeks to receive anything, they lose returns which you have to chase up. Then even though it's there fault the shoes were too small because of incorrect sizing, (I checked that the feet measurements matched the sizes on the website before I bought them) They don't refund any of their extortionate £12 postage costs and they deducted the £3.99 postage fee from my refund to return them too. So for a £29 pair of shoes that don't fit I received £13! Not an amount I can afford to lose on top of forking out for more shoes elsewhere and navigating nationwide price hikes. Its a shame as they have lovely and unique ballroom and Latin shoes that you can't get anywhere else but it's not worth the hassle or financial losses when the sizing error was their responsibility.
