TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is the worst product I have ever bought and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The day after I bought the MacX Dvd Ripper Pro, I had many issues. After attempting to try the free trial, I had to buy it and found all the issues that come from it. This product would only download part of the movie and after hours of trying, when I was finally able to get an entire movie to download, it disappeared from iTunes. When I finally asked for a refund, they kept telling me that I needed to send screenshots of the issue after I already told them what the various problems were. I wrote lengthy descriptions of what happened and after numerous days, I still have not received a full refund. If a customer buys a product with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and does not like it, they should honor what they say when the customer is not satisfied. I have asked for a refund numerous times and they only reply with cheap copy and paste responses for each issue saying “send a screenshot.” After finally sending the proof of purchase along with what the issues are, they still refused a refund. I am going to file a dispute with my bank to get the refund that I deserve. NEVER PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT-It is not worth the stress that they put you through. Do not even try the free trial because there are better products and customer service out there. They do not care about you getting your money back and all they care about is taking your money for a product that does not even work!!!!
