I have become increasingly dissatisfied with Icon Meals due to a noticeable decline in product quality, as the meals appear hastily prepared. Furthermore, the company has ceased responding to customer inquiries by phone, despite ensuring that their website remains fully functional to process payments and accept financial transactions. It appears that many health and nutrition meal delivery services consistently encounter similar operational challenges. Consequently, I recently returned to Factor Meals due to the significant and ongoing disruptions with Icon Meals' delivery service. The company has faced severe logistical failures, resulting in shipment delays that last for several weeks. When contact was previously established, customer service representatives offered only excuses rather than substantive resolutions. In retrospect, I should have reviewed online consumer feedback prior to continuing my business relationship with them. Given these persistent operational failures, it is evident that the Icon Meals organization is currently struggling to maintain basic service capabilities.
