So disappointed so far with JJsHouse, I would not recommend ordering from them. Their online chat team are friendly and responsive, although seem unable to actually help with the order enquiry. The date for delivery has been pushed back already, and is now getting too close to our wedding for the order to work. I can understand they are having delays due to circumstances beyond their control - but given the long lead time, they should be able to cancel and refund the order promptly. I raised my ticket 10 days ago and am still waiting for a reply :( UPDATE: Still no reply. The ticket I have raised is 90741697046905
