Takes too long and no updates given (DO NOT USE)
Hi all, My case is over 2 years old and whenever I chase compensair I get the same answer - it is in a queue to be sent to the court. They have never got in touch with me; I was the one who kept chasing for an update. After 2 years I still have not received compensation or at least a plan on how we can get it and what is the actual status of the case. Very very poor communication and no activity on the case at all. I would not suggest using this company, as there is no customer service.
