Hat lost in Penang
I was in penang. I left a new hat that I’m fond of in my grab car. I didn’t realise I had done so till after the time limit allowing you to contact the driver. So had to make a report. They managed to tracking down confirmed she had thd hat. Then couldn’t contact her. Then they managed to get her and it was left at their left and found premises. And I eventually got the hit or at least my uncle has picked it up for me in penang. I’m back in KL. So I’m very glad it’s been found. But the automated system is frustrating as several times in the saga they’d close the case and I’d have to open a fresh claim. There’s no way of speaking to someone. To clarify things. BUT it does work. And thank you Grab. I got my hat back. Very grateful. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
