SHOULD BE REPORTED FOR FRAUD
I too ordered a customized pillow to be delivered before Valentine’s Day. I ordered it in the middle of January which gave them enough time to make it and ship it. I didn’t hear anything back till after the first week of February! Thank god for Amazon Prime as I was able to order something else my lady enjoyed. Anyways, they said they hadn’t started “production” on my pillow yet so I demanded my refund so I wouldn’t be charged “30% restocking fee”. I didn’t hear anything for about a week when they emailed me back and said they had started production and it would cost me the 30%. Being the a**hole I am, I said some pretty choice words and got my refund back.. I did indeed get charged the fee but at least I got the majority of my money back. MAJOR SCAM! PLEASE PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!
