Though customer service were very prompt and helpful the dress ordered was not like the image on the site. Very disappointed, quality not worth the cost, sizes not true to siz, way bigger than shown. You are charged if you return goods but on this occasion JJsHouse kindly refunded me the £27 returns charge which is very good of them.
