THE BIGGEST SCAM DO NOT SHOP HERE
After reading positive reviews about people ordering shoes, a veil and shawls I ignorantly ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses from this company. Not only did they assure me that they would arrive before the event as I ordered months in advance, they assured me a full refund in the case this was not fulfilled. FLASH FORWARD TO NOW: Jjs house did NOT contact me I contacted them to follow up where my dresses were a week before my event. The robot live chat team sent me a message about a delay in production due to everyone in the factory contracting CORONA VIRUS. yes, you heard that CORONA VIRUS. Not only was this distressing before the event, but I no longer wanted the garments. I spent a total of £131 on dresses and they refused a refund. Instead, they proceeded to tell me that the garments will be cleaned for me???? I am looking into the removal of the companies website, the section of the company I dealt with was absolutely abhorrent. I am of the understanding that the whole company is not like this. IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK. I am seeking every legal avenue possible. Best believe I am getting this money back, for principle.
