AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
Ordered something for my wedding. The website showed the order will be dispatched on the 19th of February. Yesterday, 27th I contacted customer services and they said my order will be posted on 26th February (on the day before I contacted them, lol). They promised me a refund and to cancel my order, but they said it can take weeks to get the money back. Surprisingly today and after raising a dispute on PayPal for not receiving the good, the order was dispatched even after I asked to cancel. Because the order was sent, PayPal can no longer help with the dispute for not received items. I will raise a dispute on my bank for the same reasons and refusing any goods delivery from this company. The goods won't arrive before my wedding and nearly ruined everything. Avoid this company at all costs. EDIT 01/03/2020: As everybody saying in their reviews, I've been offered 10% and 40% refund of my order. So, the scam procedure didn't changed. I am not accepting any parcel from this company as it was canceled before sending. They insist that if I don't sign for the parcel the shipping company will destroy the goods (not my problem). I already contacted my Credit Card provider, PayPal and filed a police report against this company. The value of the order is nothing compared with some people that spent 100s of pounds but is my money and if no one take action against this scamming website they will keep doing it.
