Slowest shipment I ever had - and 2 of them!
I bought standard MERV-13 home HVAC filters. Web site claims "Fast, free shipping". My "fast" shipping took 11 days to travel 263 miles using the absolute slowest shipping mode possible (FedexPost). Arrived damaged because of all the handling and mis-packaging. After days of "haggling" and making me prove damaged and waiting for Fedex to acknowledge damage, they shipped a replacement. Again, 10 days to arrive! I could literally walk there faster AND get a good night sleep every day!
