I ORDERED A DRESS WITH THIS COMPANY JANUARY 15TH FOR A WEDDING I HAVE ON MARCH 5TH. My dress was meant to come by the 18th of february. I get told on 18th of february that my dress has not even been shipped out because of the corona virus and the factory is being quarantined. i was being understanding and asked for a full refund as they said the dress will be coming mid march. i obviously do not need it for then as a the wedding is on the 5th of march. i write constant emails demanding refund. i even spoke with live chat twice and they assured me i will get my refund. i finally got an reply back on my email saying this '' Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate your time and clarification of the problem. However, currently we cannot cancel the order for you since it has been shipped out. We suggest that you can sign for the parcel when it reaches you. Otherwise, it will be abandoned or destroyed by the shipping company. When you get the parcel, if you are not happy with it or if you do not want to keep it, please contact us and we will try to offer a satisfactory solution for you. Thank you for your understanding. Have a nice day.'' they even put have a nice day clearly knowing i am going to be so mad after kindly asking for a refund 4 times. WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT BOTHER OR EVEN RISK ORDERING WITH THEM. I AM TELLING YOU NOW IT IS NOT WORTH IT. IT IS A COMPANY OPERATING FROM JAPAN. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE SCAM. £130 down the drain !!
