Lack of help
I placed an order with them and received my carry on in a timely manner. I bought this two months ago and used it for the first time last week. The handle that you pull this suitcase with is extremely wobbly and loose, something is definitely not right. I wrote to luggage pro’s. The response I got was “ it has been over a month, we can not help you, please contact the manufacturer. I try to support small businesses but there is a reason everyone is shopping at Amazon!
