I ordered the wrong shape of eyebrow stamp for myself. I emailed to see how I could exchange or return the product. Browpro answered me promptly, even though my request was over a weekend. They offered to refund 30% of my cost for the two packages I ordered and I could keep the product. I knew I was going to reorder the correct Brow shape, so it was cost effective and time effective for me, not having to return the products. I will eventually use all of the powder product anyway. They were very good with communications. The product itself is a small miracle. The light brown goes perfectly with my auburn red hair. The powder is very silky and it covers well. I've gone from no eyebrows to beautiful silky eyebrows. Thank you.
