Shipping delayed for some unknown reason
Haven't received my product yet, but my order wasn't sent within the expected time frame mentioned by customer services. I bought an item on December the 12th, 2 days later I had yet to have an email about it being shipped so I contacted the company and was told it usually takes 1-3 days. I had to contact them back on the 3rd day at the end of the day to be told it would be escalated to the shipping carrier. On the 16th I got an email saying item was shipped, but the carrier only delivered a tracking info about packages being received on the 17th meaning it took actually 5 days for my item to be sent rather than the before mentioned 3 days. Not likely to buy from there again. Especially since I paid for the faster shipping which is almost twice the price of the standard one. Edit: Just received the package on January 5 after close to a month, paid for faster delivery and feel like I wasted the extra money paid. RE-edit: I was contacted to be informed that the shipping cost would be refunded to me and they were. so upgrading from 2 star to 4 star as they were not obligated to do so.
