Very Bad Yesterday I have booked KPN Travel @Redbus App The bus not arrive at the mentioned time. More than 2 hours 30 mins of waiting time. Paramathi Vellur to vilupuram Chennai universal bus pickup time is 10.15 pm but they arrived at 12:28 Am. Very worst. Not answering properly. No place to sit also. I have cancel my ticket but no refund. My amount 1000 waste
