I wish I could rate ZERO stars! Horrible, horrible experience with this shop. Bought a FAULTY scanner from them. I reached out to the shop via email and they agreed to refund my money once I sent it back. Well, I sent it back in JANUARY and saw it was delivered within the week so I asked about my refund and eventually they just flat out stopped replying to my emails. I reached out many times via email and even downloaded an app I've never used before just to get a reply. Communication was terrible. They read messages and didn't reply. I knew it was China based and even stayed up to an appropriate time for them to answer me but there was the bs excuse "I'm not in the office" "I'll check tomorrow". I can see they are reading my messages but not replying. I sent so many emails until I finally got an email saying my refund was being processed. In MARCH. Very unprofessional and upsetting as I needed this part to fix a customer's car. I cannot stress this enough- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!! You will regret it as I certainly did.
