I purchased a €400 white gold ring from Moon Magic featuring two diamonds, expecting good quality and customer service for such a significant purchase. Unfortunately, one of the diamonds fell out of the ring, which is extremely disappointing and concerning for a piece of jewellery at this price point. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I contacted Moon Magic several times through Instagram, and it took repeated messages before I finally received a response. When they did reply, they were not willing to offer any meaningful assistance, simply stating that the ring was outside of the warranty period. I understand that warranties have terms and conditions, but when a €400 ring loses one of its diamonds, I would expect the company to at least show some willingness to investigate the issue or offer a reasonable repair solution. Instead, I felt completely dismissed as a customer. For me, this isn’t only about the lost diamond — it’s about the quality, durability, and lack of customer support after spending €400 on their jewellery. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Moon Magic. The ring looked beautiful, but the overall experience and after-sales service have been extremely disappointing.
