The dress was overpriced especially as the under garment was made of polyester. It took me a while to decide if I should keep it and went over their returns policy. I tried approx three times to talk to an actual person to discuss my options but everything was automated . No personal service at all. I’m afraid I have come away from this experience very disappointed
