i bought 2 Gold plated bracelets for my daughter & I. There was a problem and i contacted them and provided evidence. This Company were absolutely marvellous and have promised to replace both items free of charge. They accepted picture evidence & i didnt even need to post items back! Excellent customer service. They have provided tips on care of items also. I feel happy to give a 5* review.
