Should be named buyKrud. Would give zero stars, or less than zero if I could. This is nothing short of a criminal scam company. Imagine: a lovely, beautifully designed off-white linen oversized tunic. Then imagine waiting two months, being first ignored and then insulted by customer service repeatedly and incomprehensibly, and then told that they already sent it---to an address in Holland! Told me I wrote my own address wrong, not their fault. Thank goodness for Amex chargebacks for fraud. Now imagine another month passing only to find a squished and filthy envelope in the mailbox. Open it to find: a child's size small green floral print on plastic fabric so thin you could see through it, puffy sleeves, ruffles, unimaginably stupidly cheap and so ugly you wouldn't consider forcing anyone to wear it. Not even useful as a rag. It looks like they steal photos of good clothes, get your money, and a quarter of a year later scrounge in a dumpster or abandoned warehouse for a nasty little shred of garbage to send to the wrong address. So sickening. Since then I always check to make sure I never buy anything from Instagram if it's a Chinese company.
