Pleasant and easy exchange
I booked a cooking class and realized I had a scheduling conflict. I called customer service and spoke to Jose Garcia, he was very pleasant and went over my options. He helped me pick another class and got me signed up. It was easy exchange, but it is so nice to speak with someone who was friendly and got it done quickly.
