I bought from them: DF64V Variable Speed Single Dose Coffee at a good price, they offer 1 year warranty but you will need to do the repairs at home or at your own cost, they will only send you parts if something is wrong with the device. In my case I had 2 issues with my unit: -noise from ioniser and after 1-2 moths they sent the parts but I need to pay 8£ custom for it and they don't cover it -I have a popping sound inside the grinder with flame every time I turn the socket on, they asked me to dismantle the unit and to send them some photos to see if anything look strange. On the other side they are genuine and you will receive the grinder, but be ready for some work to do if you have any issues with your unit. If you are not ready to do this please find different suppliers who will do all this for you in case you have problems. If the unit was good whiteout any issues maybe was a different story... 28.05.2025 Update I almost have the grinder for 1 year, they send me to replace the ioniser once and the main board (the popping sound was from there)I think 4 times, now is broken again an the last version they sent have a different connector.... They did process a refund on the 8£ I had to pay when they sent the ioniser. They also offered to extend the board warranty by one year as I keep asking them what happen as this grinder was more broken then working and the warranty end soon. I still regret this purchase and if it was bought from EU country I could have my money back as a return or a new unit which hopefully was better. I appreciate df64coffee.com support and replacement parts but on the other side this grinder is always broken and I didn't enjoyed it being as much broken... On the other side when it works it help me making good coffee.
