Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful, I bought a dress on 23rd January and had live chat to ensure I'd receive it by 7th March for my wedding. As I'd not received it by 26th February I contacted them again on live chat and was informed it would get to me by 31st March. I explained that was no good to me and I wanted to cancel the order and want a refund. Several emails later saying they'd contact me, I was then sent a message 2 days after saying it had been dispatched. You can't get hold of anyone, I think it's all a scam, I bought miy dress using my credit card so will be contacting them for advice. Definitely don't buy from this company, its all a scam.
