I received the wrong size coat
I received the wrong size coat. Labels were saying what was ordered but the coat was a different size. I spoke to Michelle on 'chat' and she arranged to send a replacement coat and also collect the wrong coat the next day. I understand things go wrong, its how it is corrected.... Michelle sorted everything for me :-) still a happy customer....
