Will NEVER use again or recommend
We are currently using pods for a move. It has been so frustrating and under no circumstances, as of right now, could or would I ever recommend them to anyone. I have spent hours on hold and calls trying to work out details. Getting them to pick up and deliver our pod has been nothing but frustrating. Within this last year I also used Upack which was easy, realiable and transparent, and I would definitely recommend Upack. This is a follow up from a couple of weeks ago. Pods reached out on two reviews that I left asking me to email them more information. I did and weeks later I'm still waiting for a response.
