Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. I ordered two bridesmaid dresses and, when they pushed back the delivery dates by a month, I requested that they cancel the orders. They assured me on live chat that they had been cancelled then they shipped them anyway! They’ve finally said that their cancellation policy is 120 hours after receipt of payment - though surely you have the right to cancel if they fail to deliver? The dresses arrived with no paperwork. I’m now trying to kick off the returns process but not hopeful. Complete scammers. DO NOT USE
