HUAWEI CUSTOMER SUPPORT APP! I'd like to share my superb experience using the Huawei support app (Previously known as HiCare) I was having issues with my handset being unable to load certain Apps so I contacted a customer service agent via the HiCare App. They took some basic, easy information regarding my handset and instantly got to work! They ran some remote diagnostics on my handset and resolved the issue without me having to do a single thing. My handset has worked perfectly fine since. If anybody else has any problems with their Huawei phone, I recommend using this tool that is preinstalled on your device as they are extremely efficient, professional and helpful.
