Good marketing bad everything else
I got the Litter-Robot EVO (current cheapest option) and it is NOT worth the money. Maybe $100-$200 NOT $600+. I've switched weekly litterbox cleanings for daily babysitting. It constantly errors and gets stuck somewhere in the cleaning cycle, so your cat can use it once a day unless you reset it manually. At one point it dumped all the clean litter in the waste bin! The unit is made from flimsy plastic (at least the outside is). The "bonnet" (top of the unit) never feels secure. It's more work to keep this thing working than it is to clean a normal litter box. They have to know all this, otherwise their 90-day return policy would include them shipping it back... It DOESN'T (you'll pay minimum of $100). Make sure you clean it because if they deem it unclean they'll charge you an additional $75. Nothing about this company says they stand by their product. Good marketing bad everything else. Fix your software and sensors or bring your prices down because this is a joke.
