(UPDATE - refund finally!!) No Refund, very frustrated!
5/5/20 (latest flash) Finally I received my full refund after 3 months upon refund confirmation. It took 2 month to get the refund approved from company's management and another 3 weeks to show the refund was transferred to my bank. I have sent over 17 emails to communicate on this case. Overall the attitude of the customer service was good even if the response was very slow at the beginning. Probably the epidemic situation has caused all the order placement issue and refund delays. I would like to thank you all the customer services who have been trying hard to resolve my refund issue. 4/12/20 I ordered the surgical masks from 1Outlets in early February. After chasing for 2 weeks through email, the customer service promised a refund would happen within 5 - 20 working days including the processing fee. For overseas customers, the refund would probably be a bit longer. As of today, 32 working days from the confirmation of order cancellation by 1Outlets, I still cannot receive any refund. I have tried to call the customer services for times without any success. I highly suspect this is a FAKE WEBSITE. I am so angry and disappointed. The worst purchasing experience I have ever had in my life!!
