Pre-ordered a S90 pro in March of 2019
Pre-ordered a S90 pro in March of 2019. Received it in August. From day one the camera wouldn't work, it wouldn't text pics, the night vision didn't work. Emailed the company, they emailed me some patch codes. Tried that, still no fix. They said to send it back, did so in November. Was delivered to them in China, but they claimed customs didn't notify them even though I sent tracking info and emailed then every week. Finally on March 25th of 2020 customs is now returning the phone to me. A whole year with no phone and no help. They claim they can't send a new one to me unless they get the old one. It cost me $70 to send the old phone back the first time. Now they want me to and it back again... Terrible customer service...don't buy from them....
