I have bought a brand new Mikro and DTU. After installation I want to configure the system in the hoymiles app! Unfortunately there is a problem, a message shows up that the Mikro SN has been already registered!! I open a ticket to verify the problem with the hoymiles support team. I never receive any answer! I am very disappointed!!
