Doogee there phones look great ,there quality is miserable,there customer care and after sale is not existing. Have bought my phone on Aliexpress from "Doogee Factory store France" ,it was ship from "France" warehouse . Order ID: 3002738184766632 After on wrapping and turning it on for the first time ,immediately I had problems the Wifi reception was terrible . 1 meter from the router ( in the living room ) there was reception 1 or 2 strips further away reception non reception on of on off. Contacted The seller on Aliexpress message center "Doogee factory store" not responding ,opened a dispute and suddenly there he was ,demanding photo after photo ,made them every time ,then he started asking for video's more videos do turn the wifi on of in a video ,trying to get rid of me .In the end no there was nothing wrong with the cellphone no refund. Aliexpress stept in and made a offer to refund € 63 ? that phone cost €230 ,I had no time to respond the seller closed the dispute and wanted to refund, but the phone had to be send to China and then I would have a full refund . BUT ! I had to pay the shipping cost to China €93 and Chinese customs duty €32 ( remember bought the phone in France ) I rejected that . Have taken the phone to a local repair shop ,they fix it in 40 min the Wifi cable connector was not attached properly ,new cable €2 and €55 labour cost ,and the phone is working fine now . Service of Doogee not existing, keep away from them, they behave like cheeky crooks,spend your money and a other brand . Doogee never again !
