20 yr old saucepan faulty and replaced
The base of our saucepan became faulty. It was swapped out within 3 days. Koreene, the Sales Co-Ordinator responded immediately, even more welcome given it was a weekend. Worth noting that we bought the saucepan 20 years ago so the 25 year guarantee proved to be valuable. Thank you Koreene.
