If I can give this less Stars I definitely would I know around April not quite sure of the day cuz it's been 3 months now and still no assistance from them just a whole bunch of liars
If I could give them no Stars I would I had a technician from puls come out to my home to do a specific job he realizes that it was working and he didn't need to do anything further but he decided to see if he could fix something else and he couldn't,but before he realized he couldn't he knocked down my wall and stole my pipe to my washer and left a whole lot of water damage in my laundry room I reached out to Puls for assistance with the matter they gave me the runaround I sent them pictures to let them know that this occurred they still gave me the runaround then they said they're going to reimburse me but they lied I have received nothing so I just wanted to let others know do not do business with them they are a bunch of liars and also it seems like they don't know what they are doing as far as some technicians I can't say all I can just speak of the one that came to my home don't do business with these people
