Do not use this website
Do not use this website, they side with the sellers when u have a legit right to a refund enough proof is provided and still they side with the seller’s for obvious reasons. It’s a scam. Guandong Xinhui transmission tech sent the wrong size motor ever after I had given measurements and they said they had the exact motor. Alisa, she would have to be the worse customer service representative I’ve ever spoken to. Stay away.
