Terrible User Experience
If I sum up my 3 years of my experience using this software: Terrible. I'm only using it because it's installed on my work computer. But I am fed up with it. I'd rather use the original software suite from Microsoft or others. This software is extremely annoying. For example:
1) Every time you save a document, it ask you to upgrade
2) If you want to merge PDF, it only tell you the free account limitation when you attempt to merge files (max up to 5)
3) If you want to swich page location, it lets you switch it first and when you attempt to save it, it says it's a paid account feature (in apple it's already free)
And I have many similar frustrating experiences. Their word document doesn't format well, sometimes I have to copy the text to google docs and copy back to WPS to achieve a better looking format. They will have a long way to go if they want to achieve a better software experience.

Got charged extra for a premium AI service that I didn't know - Beware when going pro!
I paid for WPS Pro for one year (RMB 251). But after I open the billing page I found out that I was being charged for their premium AI service every month for the past 3 months (RMB 336 in total). I didn't ask for that and I haven't got any refund for it. I urge the company to make their subscription system more transparent. I get a suspicion that the company's intention was to fool me by adding this premium service in a fine print, because you also offer no refunds at all.
I have nothing against the company, but I lost about 40 USD for a premium service I never intended to buy. I don't know where it came from. I was being asked if I wanted a premium service and I clearly remember not selecting it. But I don't have an evidence and I don't have time to fight for this amount of money. I kindly send an email to customer service, got no response, not even a decline email.
