Don't order here! It is terrible
Before you order at Lightinthebox, have a good look at the Trustpilotpage of Straightship, the company they work with. After that, you won't really believe the positive reviews over here. I never saw the product I ordered. The first problem was their delivery company 'StraightShip'. They 'delivered' the package by throwing it in front of my door, at my house in a big city when I was not a home. My neighbour has seen it but after a moment it was gone. Very likely it was taken by a passenger on the street (a thief). Secondly, the customer service is terrible because you have to file a case both at Lightinthebox AND StraightShip (of which the latter never responded). After which Lightinthebox eventually replies that they 'thoroughly reviewed my case, and according to the tracking information, the package has been marked as delivered by the courier.' Really? Apparently, they have a very broad interpretation of what delivery actually means. What a waste of everybodies time. The solution was: 50% refund in the form of store credit. As if I would EVER make a new order with them. Typically, these people miss any sense of reasonableness. StraightShip is not worth their name and an absolute shitshow.
