on March 10th 2020 , I placed a order for a jacket and I never recieved it my card was charged twice one in the amount of $45.40 and the next $46.76 . I called a "customer service phone " on April 1st 2020 and asked for a refund . the foreign guy on the phone wanted me to download a app called team viewer , not understanding why I just want my money credit to my account the same way it was taken . long story short this company is a fraud . do not order from them at all . yes the website might seem legit and have cute products but DO NOT ORDER THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THEY SAID 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS MY MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED BUT I HAVENT SEEN A DIME YET IN MY ACCOUNT SO NOW IM TAKING IT UP WITH MY BANK . ILL RATE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS IF I COULD ...A TOTAL SCAM
