I got scammed by this company
I got scammed by this company. Back in December 20223, I purchased their Rogbid Smart Ring. It arrived 10 days later, but their official sizing was completely off, and I needed a smaller ring. I kindly asked to send it back - there's no official way, you need to email them and receive "permission" to send it back. I've received their green light and an address in China to send it back to. Ever since then, the package has been stuck on their customs (as per my Dutch post report) and no one had gone to claim it. Had 10+ emails back and forth with Rogbid, where they initially promised someone from the warehouse would go and clear the ring from the customs, all the way to "not our problem - we cannot refund you if it hasn't officially arrived with us". Horrible customer service and experience. I've dealt with a lot of Chinese companies in the past, but I've never had such an awful experience. Highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost.
