Nike slides became badly deformed after rare use, claim rejected
I bought Nike slides and used them only rarely. After about one year, they became badly deformed, probably from heat or normal use, and started to look terrible. They were no longer comfortable or acceptable to wear. I contacted Nike support and opened a product claim because I believe this is not normal quality for Nike footwear. Unfortunately, Nike rejected the claim and said their assessment remains unchanged, without offering any real solution, replacement, or refund. I am very disappointed. I expected much better durability and customer support from Nike. For me, this product completely lost its shape far too quickly, and the warranty process felt useless. After this experience, I would not buy Nike slides again.
