Worst Customer service ever, just make fun of the customers, useless reply just to lose time until you lose the patience ant throw their product in the trush, where they deserve. Never buy their product again.

Useless customer support
Useless customer support, just forward your email to the supplier and viceversa, losing days between each reply and never coming to a real technical solution and after a month of waiting and waste of time just throw the product in the trash even during WARRANTY period. Never buy from the again.
