Actually ZERO stars - Horrible product and service
Actually ZERO stars. The app doesn't work. The product does not have use without the app. The customer service is the worse I've experienced anywhere with delays, condescending tones, and no resolution. It took weeks to get the product and I haven't had access to use it not even one time. I've communicated with them for weeks and I can't get a solution nor will they respond with information for a return and refund. Then they closed the case in a short 6 days because I didn't respond after I didn't hear from them in a week. Regarding reply: I purchased a lifetime subscription with the unit. Their "working with me" was updates that it was with the engineers and they were working on it.
