I bought a 58Pro about 2 years ago. I was looking for a rugged and reliable phone I could take on construction sites and also take pictures playing with the kids in the water. All went well, initially.. I was able to take some great pictures under water. About 6 months later the little cover for the USB connector broke off somehow. Couple of months later the software began acting up, like not being able to swipe down from the top of the screen and 'see' all your activities, like new mails or whatsapp msg. I tried contacting Doogee support, but never got an answer. After about 9 months I also noticed that I've never gotten a software patch, much less a new version of Android. Not even a security patch! We are now 18 months further and still no support from Doogee. Never will I trust them again with a purchase.
