Horrible Customer Service
I used them for my previous home with no problems, 10 shades of different sizes and styles. I ordered one for my new home, no drill for my bathroom. The bracket came larger than my measurements, so I called to see what can be done. After 5 phone calls and asking me for numerous pictures and videos I still cannot get a response out of them, they only keep asking for more photos. I now am forced to file a complaint with my Credit Card Company. Terrible Customer Service
