They steal your money
Edited with order number in the hope something will be done about it. ORDER NO: 259183454 They steal your money! I pre ordered and paid for an item on 2 December 2020. It was due in January - it never arrived. I had to contact them to find out where it was and then it was due in March, then May, then July!! Never did they contact me to advise a change in expected date of stock. In September I tried to change my address on my account as I had moved house, however the system can’t do this so advised they had to cancel the order!!! Seriously?!! Anyway they are now saying that payment was never taken for this item so no refund is due!! I have been backwards and forwards with different people via messages - as there is no phone number to call anyone. Twice I have emailed a copy of my PayPal statement showing the payment, then they tell me I will receive payment in 3-5 days. I never receive it! So it just goes round and round!! They have had £26.99 of my money for almost a year! Now denying they even have that!! NEVER EVER USE THEM!!!
