The worst customer service experience you can possibly imagine.
Don't expect to return anything when things go wrong. The website claims "easy return" but when things go wrong and the product doesn't work, they make returns extremely difficult. The whole "easy return" thing advertised on their product pages feels like a scam. I had to email them to request a return, then they refused, asked me to go talk to the manufacturer. I had to go to my credit card company to dispute it. The whole ordeal is just not worth it. If you decide to buy anything from them, just know that it'll be a sunk cost if things go wrong.
