Great product, Better Service!
I am writing this review out of appreciation for the customer service received from Wellmdr, with a shout out to one oarticular representative, Romeo. I called with an inquiry, and Romeo told me he would look into it, promising me a personal call back. He kept his promise, calling me back with joy in his voice. We shouldn't be so impressed simply because someone keeps their promise. But who else can agree that sort of integrity often lacks in today's busy climate. I appreciate Wellmedr and Romeo for being there for me on my journey. Love the service, the product, and the well-developed patient portal. Thank you, Wellmdr team! ☺️
